Boil a pan of water with a little salt. Add the Basmati Rice and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain and leave in the pan with a lid on or cover with foil.

In a frying pan add a drizzle of oil and the Diced Chicken. Fry for about 5 minutes or until browned. While the Diced Chicken cooks, slice the Chilli, Spring Onion, Red Onion and trim and third the Green Beans. Add the Red Onion and Green Beans to the pan and continue cooking for another 5 minutes then add the garlic for the final minute.

Now add the Teriyaki Sauce and Water. Bring to the boil then lower the heat to simmer. Leave it for around 5 minutes. Make sure the Diced Chicken is cooked and the sauce is sticky. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Stir the Roasted Sesame Seeds into the sauce. Share out the Basmati Rice, top with the Teriyaki Chicken. Add some Spring Onion and Chilli over the top. Eat and enjoy!
